My love for Belstaff runs very deep, and it's always nice to find some of the more unusual older pieces! The Dalesman hiking smock was made from the 1950s well into the 70s and beyond, so it's great to find a nice early pre-Dalesman one in a rare colourway. This 1950s example has an early Belstaff bell tag, but more importantly is in a rather lovely electric blue colour. Commonly found in a khaki colour and later a grey, this early blue version has it where it counts. A lovely double layered cotton shell, original pull ties, lightning throat and chest zippers, and still complete with underfork tail. A perfect spring garment!
