Quite simply one of the best jackets ever made, and here in one of its earliest and the best iteration! The Trialmaster was first introduced in 1948, and quickly became the staple jacket for the explosion in popularity of motorcycling in postwar Britain. Worn on the backs of everyone from Che Guevara to the 59 Club, the Trailmaster was the jacket of choice for a generation of bikers!

The chequered flag Belstaff logo, the Lightning zipper and Newey studs throughout are the clear indications that this was produced around the early 50s, really a heyday for motorcycling when this truly iconic piece of British outerwear ruled above all. This particular piece has had one owner who purchased it in the late 50s for riding his Triumph Tiger Cub 200cc.

Condition

This is in beautiful used Belstaff condition. The jacket is perfect, she's got an amazing patina on the outside and looks exactly as this 70 year old monster should.
