Quite simply one of the best jackets ever made, and here in one of its earliest and the best iteration! The Trialmaster was first introduced in 1958, and quickly became the staple jacket for the explosion in popularity of motorcycling in postwar Britain. Worn on the backs of everyone from Che Guevara to the 59 Club, the Trailmaster was the jacket of choice for a generation of bikers!
The chequered flag Belstaff logo and lightning zipper are the clear indications that this was produced around the late 50s, really a heyday for motorcycling when this truly iconic piece of British outerwear ruled above all.
And not only does this include the jacket and trousers, but the very rare wool liner for the jacket. All in mint lightly used condition. One careful owner since purchased in 1959.
Condition
This is in light used mint condition. No damage at all, only a little dirt on the lining, which I believe has come off the liner, not from use! A very wearable example.
