I've heard these referred to as a lot of things, pink camo, desert camo, desert smock etc. This is British anti-gas cape, and was not intentionally pink. When they were made they were impregnated with anti-gas chemicals, particularly linseed oil that would offer some protection from nefarious chemicals. When the linseed oil has been washed out, the original tan and brown camo has faded to the now iconic pink.
Condition
This is in excellent condition for one of these capes. As is standard with these there is some light staining and marks throughout, but the fabric is solid with one pin-prick hole on the lower back

- No marked size, I believe these were 'one size fits all'.
