I've heard these referred to as a lot of things, pink camo, desert camo, desert smock etc. This is British anti-gas cape, and was not intentionally pink. When they were made they were impregnated with anti-gas chemicals, particularly linseed oil that would offer some protection from nefarious chemicals. When the linseed oil has been washed out, the original tan and brown camo has faded to the now iconic pink.
Condition
Used but solid. No damage to the fabric, but some of the studs had been crushed and needed a little filing down to get them to work properly.
