This would have been worn by a crewman serving on the USCGS Yocona, a rescue and salvage ship originally commissioned as the USS Sieze during WW2. In 1946 the ship was transferred to the Coast Guard and served into the mid 1990s! The crewman has taken a little liberty with the name and changed it to the Yogona along with a great drawing of Yogi Bear!
