An American classic, the Duxbak hunting jacket. Founded in the 19th century in Utica New York, Duxbak was one of the first big players in the hunting jacket game, and was certainly the most dominant brand throughout the 20th century. This beautiful example dates to the mid 1920s. It come with all the hallmarks of an early example including the 'half-moon' pocket opening to both sides of the chest, button closures throughout without any zippers and a wonderful heavy chestnut brown canvas (versus the later khaki). It retains all branded Duxbak buttons.
Condition
Used but excellent. Some light fading to the canvas and one tiny knick on the back.
