A classic piece of vintage workwear, the coverall. This particular example comes from the late 50s to early 60s, and very usually comes with a USAF patch back. This is almost certainly a William Tell competition suit, the annual USAF gunnery competition, where competing wings would dress in matching suits. One of the skills practised was the 'nuclear toss', where a fighter would approach a target low and fast, pull up into a sleep climb and release their dummy weapon an the top of arch 'tossing' the bomb at the target, and giving the fighter time to clear the area - I'm being serious, the Air Force actually practised this! The suit comes with Lee embroidered tags to both the front and back, branded buttons and a great embroidery to the back.
