Established in San Francisco as far back as 1876, Can't Bust Em was initially a brand of the Eloesser-Heynemann Company. Through the first half of the 20th Century they would build a reputation as a preeminent west cost workwear brand. It would be purchase by Lee around 1946 who would continue to use the trademark for many years. This pair of jeans dates to the late 50s/early 60s before the Lee brand was included on the labels. Unlike a pair of chinos, these are a nice heavy deni, with great features like the curved pockets, pearl rear button and cockerel label.
