A beautiful pair of post-war RAF issues Type G sunglasses. This style of glasses would have been issued to RAF pilots in the 1950s and they included the early style metal tin case. Very similar in appearance to the RAF Mk VIII sunglasses that were introduced during the war, but a more robust design and the addition of plastic coating on the arms.
Condition
These are in beautiful mint condition. The lenses are excellent, and the arms still have the often very delicate plastic coating in perfect condition.
