A very cool RAF piece from the 1960s. These caps have a 22P designation, which is for survival equipment (versus 22C for flying clothing), and were issued as part of a cold weather survival kit. A fully ventile exterior, with a fleece and wool lining. The ear flaps fold inside the cap or can be worn folded up on the outside. This would have been a great piece of kit if an aircraft when down in bad weather!

Used but very good. Some light marks and missing the tag

- No size tag but fits like a 7 1/4 (with the fur folded inside)
- Approx 59cm around the inside of the brim
