A much sought after item, the 1963 advisor type Jungle Jacket. The design is very much descendent of the M42 paratrooper jump jacket, and the jungle jacket would become the standard fatigue wear of the US military in Vietnam. This early 1964 first pattern version features exposed buttons, which would be covered on later patterns as they were getting caught in the bush, and epaulettes.
