One of the hardest to find and most in-demand camouflage patterns in the collecting market. This is a wonderful pair of 'Gold' Tiger Stripes, or known by RDJ's classification as Advisor Sparse. Introduced around 1968, this pattern is most famous for is tonal fading, with the original pale browns and greens fading to a lovely golden yellow. This pair are a wonderful example, with tow tone fading, purpling to the blacks and a lovely gold hue.
Complete with HAMA zipper, ground edge discuss buttons and a heavy overprint to the brushed cotton fabric, these are as nice as the come. If you look closely there are a few areas of ghosting and errors in the camouflage, picked up during the printing process. These do look to have been slightly taped at some point, which the waist having been taken in tapered down the leg - They would have been large size given they still fits 32-33" waist!
Condition
Used but great, beyond the modifications already mentioned, there is no damage.
