Used by US Mail from the late part of the 19th century until being replaced in 1973, these were the symbols of US Mail and the humble postie doing his rounds. The leather is absolutely solid and ages beautifully. A really wonderful bag.
Condition
Well used with a wonderful patina, but loads of life left yet. There is some wear to a (non-functional) side strap, but this wont inhibit use in anyway at all.
