Small things often come in small packages. This beautiful little toolbag was likely made for either the Army or Navy - I've seen these stamped to the US Navy Air Corps before - and the zipper style puts in squarely into the mid 1930s. I've always liked this style of Talon zipper, the art nouveau styling perfectly inline with the design ethos of the period. This one is stamped and named to a B.E Albertson.
Condition
This arrived with me in a bit of a state. I've replace the leather tabs at either end of the zipper and resewn the leather around the handles through the original stitch holes. Now she's good to use for the next 90 years
