First seen during WW2, the Philippines made belt buckles continued to be popular with sailors long into the Vietnam era. This one was made for a member of Patron 65, a US Navy Patrol Squadron at the time flying P-2 Neptunes. This example likely dates to the mid-late 60s
Condition
Beautiful worn condition. I've put this into a handmade Horween leather strap, but only used screw rivets so this can be removed easily if desired.
Size
- One size fits all, I've added enough length to fit anything from a 30"-38"
- Leather strap is 1" width
