The WEP Jacket was first ordered in the very late 1950s, infact before the Bureau of Aeronautics (AER) became the Bureau of Weapons (WEP) from which the WEP jacket takes its name. This example likely dates to the mid-1960s, and features 6 patches that show it belonged to a US Navy Skyhawk pilot flying with VSF-1. Unfortunately the name tag has been removed, but otherwise a very nice example.
Condition
Very good condition. Some light mothing and repairs to the knits and only a little wear to the lining. All-in-all a great example.
