Whilst its hard to date exactly, I believe this beauty of a cap would have been made in Japan in the early 60s for a pilot flying with HC-1. Beautiful embroidery to the front, sides and back.
Condition
In beautiful condition. The sweat band has stiffened a little but otherwise perfect.
