One of the most popular and iconic pieces of military clothing ever made, and I'm always happy when I can find them for the store. The US Navy adopted denim as part of its uniform in 1901, and would make numerous garments in this most popular of fabrics, but few are as enduring as the shawl neck. Worn during WW2, these garments would come to represent the enlisted sailor, and be worn both whilst working and on shore.
Condition:
This is in good worn condition. The denim is still strong and has wonderful patina with great oil stains providing some great contrast. There is a little light fraying to the pockets, but otherwise she's great.
