Funnily enough, given my well known love of deck jackets, this is actually the first I've had of these! Introduced in the mid-war period alongside the other "N" designation garments, this was essentially a more built-out version of the N1 deck. It features the same jungle cloth shell and alpaca lining, but is substantially larger and longer! This example, contract no NXSX 87104 was made by Red Star Rubber Co, Brooklyn, NY on a December 1944 contract.
Condition
Mint and seemingly only lightly used. Retains a cutter tag inside the hood! Some light storage marks but otherwise perfect!
