A beautiful 1950s USAF squadron cap from the 54th Air Rescue Squadron. The guys were based out of Goose Bay Labrador in Canada flying H-19 Chickasaws on rescue missions for downed aircrew. 6 panel construction, made from melton wool, with 54 to the front and rescue to the reverse.
Condition
Used but excellent shape, no damage to the exterior, but some marking to the lining and headband is worn.
