A nice example of a private purchase personal kit bag, likely used by a Navy sailor. The style of Talon zipper is a classic late 30s to early 40s, putting the manufacturing of this bag likely in the pre-early ww2 period.
Condition
Used but solid. The leather shows consistent wear throughout but it still strong and useable. One repair to a popped seam on the leather section at the end of the zipper per the last image.
