One of the scarcer camouflage patterns to come out of Vietnam, and something I've been chasing for a while! This is an in-country made copy of the American Mitchell cloud camo that was adopted by the RVN National Police Field Force, known locally as the CSDC (Cãnh Sát Dã Chiến). This was a branch of the Vietnamese Police that were trained as a paramilitary force, and used in a counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism role. Very similar to its American brethren, the CSDC cloud camo is made from multiple layers of cloud patterns in earth tones.
Condition
This has been well used over the years, the shirt is solid and wearable, but isn't perfect. The camo is fading places, and there are shadows from insignia around the pockets and shoulders. There are areas of wear around the neck and down the front of the button placket. I've repaired the hem that had been pulled apart, but is now fine.
