A classic piece of WW2 clothing, and one of the most in-demand pieces in the vintage world. The classic British windproof smock was introduced early in the war, and would go on to be used extensively by the British in various guises well into the 90s. I've got pictures of guys wearing these from WW2 through to Desert Storm!
Condition:
This is in well used condition. There are no holes, but slight colour variation and light staining. Also be aware that this was demilitarised at some point. Common with British pieces, when it's been deemed beyond useful the Quartermaster has cut the smock to stop it being used by other military forces. This is then painstakingly repaired. You'll notice a seem just off centre, on the shoulder and on the lower reverse. Very well done, and only noticeable to those with a trained eye.
