Army HBT 1940s Fatigue Pants - Deadstock

An unusual pair of 1940s US Army style hbt fatigue pants. I'm unsure whether these are a military issued pair, or more likely are a private purchase pair. They follow the exact pattern of the WW2 army pair with plastic buttons. The only tag is a 1940s oilcloth stapled tag with a rather mysterious NCMP name. 100% cotton thread throughout.
