Always fun to get a rare one in the office. These are included in the 1941 Uniform Regs, described as made of waterproof material, length to reach approximately the crotch line, no pockets, and closed to the front to prevent watering getting inside. This example comes with a light stencil to the rear that says "ENSIGN CARR", it's hard to see in the photos, but trust me, its there!
I've included a photo of what I believe to be one being worn on D-Day.
Condition
Used but great. The rubberised oilskin doesn't appear to be dried out or cracking. Light marking throughout and discolouration.
