The WEP Jacket was first ordered in the very late 1950s, infact before the Bureau of Aeronautics (AER) became the Bureau of Weapons (WEP) from which the WEP jacket takes its name. The example was ordered in 1963 made by Aviator Equipment Corp. It's named to a TH Ross, who I haven't found much info on, but he was the commander of VP-16 from 1968-69.
Condition
Seemingly lightly used and excellent shape. Some light wear to one cuff and a tiny hole through the waistband.
