The classic US Navy flight jacket, the G1. This style evolved from the WW2 era M422A and would be worn through to the late 80s. This example, made in 1968 by Martin Lane is an MIL-J-7823D, widely consider by collectors to be 'the last of the good ones'. After this, the mouton fur collars would be replaced by a synthetic alternative.

Deadstock. One or two tiny flaws in the knits, but otherwise perfect.
