USARP 1970s/80s Sweatshirt

Founded by US Navy Seabees in 1956, the Amundsen-Scott base in the US's mostly southerly scientific research station, and is located directly at the South Pole. Initially created as part of Operation Deep Freeze, it would be handed over to USARP upon it's founding in 1959. This sweatshirt would have been given to USARP members, and dates approx late 70s to early 80s.

Condition

Used but excellent, some very light discolouration, but no damage or major issues
