So this is a really cool, and very desired piece, a rare experimental USMC camo pattern call T-Pattern, T-Block, MOUT or simply Urban Camo. This was developed for and used during a 1999 US Military exercise called Operation Urban Warrior.

The US military had learned a few hard lessons in Mogadishu - the famous Black Hawk Down battle, where many of their traditional weapons systems, designed for open spaces, were rendered less helpful in highly built-up areas. Operation Urban Warrior was a training exercise designed to help build the military's capability in these urban Over four days in March 1999, Marines deployed to Oakland and the Bay Area, conduction simulation exercises around the city.

This camo pattern, of which only a small number were made was used for the exercise, but never fully adopted for general use. Sets of this popular pattern are now much sought after and highly prised.
