WW2 Iwo Jima Watch Band made from Japanese Aircraft Skin

An absolutely mind blowing custom made watch band. This was custom made on Iwo Jima from the skin of salvaged Japanese Aircraft. This was a common practise on Iwo, but finding examples is very rare. On the inside of the band you can see the remnants of dark green, olive and red paint. The aluminium of exactly 0.5mm thick, consistent with lightweight aircraft skin - as used on the tail area of the A6M Zero. Watch band only, watch sold separately.

Condition

Good used condition - it's a bit tricky of get on and off, but wearable should the new owner wish.
